When the heat source generates heat, the filler can quickly conduct the heat to the other side of the thermal conductive silicone sheet.

3. Interface contact:

The other side of the thermal conductive silicone sheet is connected to the heat sink or cooling system, and the quality of this interface contact is very important for heat conduction. The softness and compressibility of the thermal conductive silicone sheet can adapt to irregular surfaces and fill small gaps, thereby minimizing contact thermal resistance and achieving better heat transfer.

4. Heat dissipation:

Once the heat is conducted to the heat sink or cooling system through the thermal conductive silicone sheet, they can quickly dissipate the heat into the surrounding environment through the surface of the heat sink or other cooling methods, such as fan cooling. This effectively reduces the temperature of the heat source and protects the equipment from overheating.
